We are looking to backfill Lead SQL Server DBA position at Concord, CA location. Please send me resumes ASAP as this a very URGENT requirement.

Required Skills:

•                       Installation, Configuration and Performance tuning for SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008

•                       Expertise in database backup and restore

•                       Coordinating with business partners / development teams for deploying the changes in production environment

•                       Experience with SSIS and SSRS; Exposure to Oracle database technology is a plus                                                                   

•                       Ensure timely and high quality service delivery adhering to SLA standards to meet customer expectations

•                       Participate in weekly & monthly status calls with the customer; identify customer issues and work quickly to resolve their concerns

•                       Coordinating with various teams to manage customer escalations across geographical locations; analyze, review and present RCA for escalated issues

•                       Training/Mentoring new team members with the outlined process

•                       Identify potential areas of concern and pre-empting negative fallouts; drive service improvement plans
