Mandatory Skills*                         

Testing L2/L3 protocols like DHCP, PPPoX, IGMP, L2TP, LACP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, HTTP, IS-IS and EIGRP.
Scripting skills in TCL/Tk, PERL and automation in Quali
Hands on use of traffic generators like Spirent, IXIA, Adtech and Jmeter
Possess skills in writing test scripts, test plans, test suites and test procedures at the black box and system level tests.

Preferred Skills*                            

Testing skills in DSL Broadband, DSLAM, BRAS and Edge router environment

Project Details*                             

Customer Internet Service Platform

Roles and Responsibilities
Build test topologies in the Customer lab used for replication of field scenarios

Write test plans and test scripts at the black box and system test level

Test the VISP features using Spirent Avalanche and IXIA

Analyze the behavior of the product during test execution and if found non-compliant, report bugs and work with the design team to get the issues resolved

Closely with the development team to ensure all the defects reported from the field are satisfactorily resolved

Automate the test scripts in Quality Center
