Immediate Need for HPBSM Consultant @ New Jersey !!

Position: HPBSM Consultant

Location: New Jersey

Duration: 6+ Months 

Start Date: 3rd week of July

 Experience and Skills

•    Understanding of HP Software BTO Solutions and integration points

•    Experience with Business Service Management (formerly BAC) installation, deployment and setup 

•    Knowledge of SNMP and TCP-IP

•    Expertise in implementing BAC solutions in web, client/server, and/or ERP and CRM environments

•    Experience with installation, setup and deployment of any of following data collectors including Real User      Monitor (RUM), Business Process Monitor (BPM), SiteScope and/or Diagnostics

     Experience working with various VuGen protocols 

•    Good to have Programming experience in Perl, SQL, Unix Shell, Script, VB Script

  Primary Responsibilities

•  Accountable for implementing / maintaining Business Availability Center (BAC) integrated with a number    of other HP solutions including SiteScope, End User Management (Business Process Monitor and

 Real User Monitor) and Diagnostics.

Tasks

•  Provide consulting and Business Service Management (BSM) implementation services using Business          Availability Center (BAC) and the associated BSM modules e.g. Business Process Monitor, Real User   

Monitor, Site Scope and Diagnostics

•    Develop and present BAC implementation plans

•    Design, install and configure BAC and associated integration product

•    Design and create Business Process Monitor scripts using LoadRunner VuGen

•    Setup and configure SLA, KPI*s, alerts and customize reports
