QA Lead

General Skills:
Should be 5+ years of experience with strong QA
lead experience.
Should have a strong personality to be able to
command respect.
Excellent communication skills are a must have.
Should be able to drive QA strategy with
IT/business and manage QA testers.
QA
functional and technical knowledge of Retail, eCommerce, Omni channel space,
QTP, other QA tools etc.
Specifics
1. Area of experience should be Retail/Omni/DTC.
2. For Corporate systems - area of experience
should be Peoplesoft HRMS, RMS, SIMS, Retail back-end testing.
3. For Payment security - look at Financial and
banking QA leads who have experience with P2P (point to point encryption from
terminal to banks; EMV chip and PIN) payment integration testing.
