Immediate need for  Service Now Consultant @ Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA

Position: Service Now Consultant

Location: Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 6+ Months

We are in an URGENT and IMMEDIATE need of a Service Now Experienced Consultant for Austin, TX OR Santa Clara, CA location.

Must Have:

·         Service Now Implementation experience with knowledge on all essential modules, configurations and workflow modifications.

·         Service Now administrative knowledge is also a must

·         Service Now certifications would be highly desired

·         Good understanding of ITIL v3 (certification would be an advantage)

·         Exposure to having worked in large organizations with Service Management tools

·         Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to have:

·         Other Implementation experience on ITSM tools like Remedy etc. would be an advantage

·         Hands-on knowledge of Scripting

·         Administrative knowledge on other ITSM tools

·         Process improvement, Implementation and management experience
