Role/Job Description:    

1.            Participate in establishing project design criteria

2.            Establishing code and permit requirement based on project requirement and scope of work

3.            Provide technical supervision to offshore team based at India   during design stage.

4.            Assistance  in preparing the Technical Specification and review / Approval

5.            During construction assist with the response to the contractor RFI s

6.            Stamping all civil, structural drawings with PE License and Seal

7.            Participate in business discussion meeting as a CSA expert along with our BD team

8.            Providing necessary guidance to offshore team to prepare drawings which are required to submit for project permit and approval.

9.            Providing Response to local permit regulation comments 

Skills:   

1. Experience in analysis, design and detailing of industrial structures in FMCG, Food, Beverage and Chemical plants

2. Proficient in use of structural analysis and design software’s like  STAAD-Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, TEKLA and Autocad

3. Working knowledge in ACI,ASCE and IBC and US states local codes / permit rules   

4. Excellent communication and team management

5. Experience in technical documentation and project management

Education:         

Graduation in Civil engineering and post-graduation in  Structural Engineering

PE certification / license in the states of Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Texas, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, etc.

Years of Experience:    Min: 10 yrs. 

Up to 50% travel within USA

Other criterion: Will have to clear Criminal background check and drug & alcohol screening as per the requirements by our clients.
